Biodynamic & Certified Organic. 100% Pinot Meunier. Blanc de Noirs from Vadin-Plateau’s vineyards in the premier cru village Cumières. The vin clair is fermented with native yeast in stainless steel and aged on the lees until at least May-Aug before bottling for secondary fermentation with no fining/filtering/cold stabilization. 10 mg/L SO2 added only at press. Two years 'en tirage' before disgorging. Current disgorgement is 80% 2019 and 20% 2018 vintage with a dosage of 2 g/l. Disgorged April '22.
Biodynamic & Certified Organic. Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Noir 30%, Pinot Meunier 30. Intuition was started with Yann asking his father and grandfather to each select their favorite plot of their domaine. He then did the same and vinified all 3 of them together. The grapes are from the premier cru village of Hautvillers, Cumieres, and Champillon. The vin clair is fermented with native yeast in stainless steel and aged on the lees until at least May-Aug before bottling for secondary fermentation with no fining/filtering/cold stabilization. At least 2 years en tirage before disgorging. Current disgorgement is 80% 2014 and 20% 2013 vtg with a dosage of 2 g/l. 830 cases produced.
Certified Organic & Biodynamic. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, all sourced from 1er cru estate vineyards in the town of Hautvillers in the Valle de la Marne. Vineyard parcels: Basses Montecuelle + Les Terres Jean Lelarge. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral 228L oak barrels with no fining or filtration of vin clair. No malolactic fermenation. Base vintage 2019. Aged under natural cork for at least 40 months before hand disgorging. Current disgorgement 09/21. Zero dosage. SO2: 10-30 mg/l.
