100% Riesling. The 2022 was sourced entirely from the Northern part of Standing Stone Vineyards. Planted in the "banana belt" on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, this 5-acre Standing Stone site sits in a warm microclimate on well drained silt loam soils, called Honeoye. Whole-cluster pressed and then went through spontaneous fermentation with no temperature control. It lasted from 10/23 to 4/21 until it was racked out of its primary fermentation tank and bottled on 4/22. No added sulfur. 163 cases made.
