Fermentation takes place in Inox and the wine is stabilized in Inox as well.

Stemming from clay-sand-limestone soil, these vines were planted in the heart of the DOCG zone at an exceptionally high elevation of 1,200 feet. The high-altitude, chalky soils give rise to the grapes with noted acidity and minerality. Fermentation takes place in Inox and the wine is stabilized in Inox as well.

Cloudy and unfiltered, this sparkling wine hails from the Alta Langa, a region specialized in sparkling wines thanks to their chalky limestone soils extending from 400 up to 700 meters above sea level.

Employing only natural ingredients, botanicals are soaked in water and alcohol of various levels depending on the given plant. Maceration lasts between 20 and 30 days. These tinctures are then used to aromatize the still base wine. This blend is left at cold temperatures for 15 days, after which it is bottled as Amaro.
